These terms apply to PicTime and other apps from Glassfish LLC ("Glassfish"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Using PicTime
You may use PicTime for personal, non-commercial fun. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
Your photos
You keep ownership of the photos you add. You give Glassfish a limited permission to store and display them to the other players in your game, only for as long as needed to run it. Only add photos you have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Do not add photos that are illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or that show other people in a way they would not agree to. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service. We may remove content or block access if these rules are broken.
App store terms
If you downloaded PicTime from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
No warranty
PicTime is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Glassfish is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of PicTime.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to use PicTime means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
